Why we built Fledge
The information was out there, but it was scattered across dozens of websites. We just wanted it all in one place.
We're parents, just like you. When our kids approached secondary school age, we couldn't believe how hard it was to find clear, useful information. Ofsted on one site, exam results on another, admissions data somewhere else entirely. Government websites that felt like they were designed to confuse rather than help.
Parents deserve better. This is one of the biggest decisions you'll make for your child, yet you're expected to piece it together yourself from a mess of fragmented services. So we built Fledge to fix that.
Because when they're ready to leave the nest, you want to know you've found the right place for them to land.

Our Data Promise
We show you everything that's available — and tell you when it's not.
Fledge pulls data from official government sources for every school in the UK. That includes Ofsted ratings, GCSE and A-Level results, admissions statistics, attendance and exclusion rates, SEN/SEND provision, school finances, pupil demographics, and destination measures.
Not every school has every dataset — mainly because schools don't always report it. Where data is missing, we tell you clearly rather than hiding the gap. Honest, parent-friendly transparency is at the heart of everything we do.
